Compair

Explore original CompAir coupling elastomers and complete coupling assemblies for selected portable and industrial compressor drive systems. AWELASTIC supplies CompAir coupling components identified by OEM part number, compressor model and installed drive configuration.

Our CompAir product range includes flexible coupling elements for selected C-Series portable compressors and complete coupling assemblies used in industrial compressor applications. Every replacement should be selected using the exact OEM number, compressor model and machine serial number.

Original CompAir Compressor Couplings

CompAir produces portable and industrial compressed-air equipment for construction, maintenance, manufacturing and other professional applications. The coupling forms an important connection between the engine or electric motor and the compressor drive system.

A flexible coupling transfers torque while helping absorb shock loads, reduce vibration and protect connected components. During operation, the elastomer can gradually harden, crack, deform or wear and may eventually require replacement.

CompAir coupling components that appear visually similar can have different dimensions, material properties, mounting arrangements or permissible torque values. For this reason, a replacement should not be selected only by appearance.

CompAir Coupling Elastomers by Compressor Model

AWELASTIC supplies original CompAir coupling elastomers for selected portable compressor models. Use the links below to open the relevant product page, then confirm compatibility using the OEM part number and the complete compressor identification.

Compatibility can vary between compressor versions, production years, engines and drive arrangements. A model name alone may therefore be insufficient to identify the correct coupling element.

CompAir C20 and C20GS Coupling Elements

Selected CompAir C20 and C20GS portable compressors use different coupling elements depending on the installed drive configuration.

The CompAir 100007517 coupling elastomer is listed for selected C20GS applications, while the CompAir 100007776 coupling elastomer is associated with selected C20 and C25 compressor applications.

Always compare the OEM number on the existing component or in the compressor parts documentation before placing an order.

CompAir C25 Coupling Elements

For selected CompAir C25 portable compressor configurations, AWELASTIC supplies the CompAir 100007776 coupling elastomer.

Some related compressor variants can use a different element. Check the full machine model, serial number and original parts list rather than relying only on the C25 model designation.

CompAir C30, C30G and C25-10 Coupling Elements

The CompAir 100013784 coupling elastomer is available for selected CompAir C30, C30G and C25-10 portable compressor applications.

These model names can cover more than one equipment configuration. Confirm the original OEM part number and compare all available dimensions and markings before replacing the installed element.

CompAir C55-14 Coupling Element

For selected CompAir C55-14 compressor drive systems, AWELASTIC supplies the CompAir ZS1061211 coupling elastomer.

The complete compressor designation and serial number should be checked because drive components may differ between machine versions.

CompAir C62 Coupling Element

The CompAir A13315874 coupling elastomer is available for selected CompAir C62 portable compressor applications.

Before ordering, verify the OEM number and inspect the existing coupling assembly for additional markings or differences in dimensions and mounting design.

Complete CompAir Coupling Assemblies

In addition to individual elastomer elements, AWELASTIC supplies the original CompAir 100011043 complete coupling – ROTEX 65 L90-132 EK230 for selected industrial compressor drive systems.

A complete coupling assembly can include the flexible element, hubs and other matched components required for the particular installation. When replacing the complete assembly, confirm the original CompAir part number, electric motor or engine specification and the installed connection dimensions.

The CompAir 100011043 complete coupling should not automatically be treated as compatible with every C-Series portable compressor. It is a separate product that must be matched to the specific industrial compressor configuration.

CompAir Portable Compressor Applications

CompAir portable compressors are used in construction, maintenance, drilling, roadwork, surface preparation and other operations requiring a mobile compressed-air supply.

Portable compressor models can be produced with different engines, compressor units and drivetrain arrangements. Even machines with the same general model designation may use different coupling elements depending on their serial number and production specification.

For reliable identification, use the machine nameplate, original CompAir documentation and all markings visible on the installed coupling.

How to Identify the Correct CompAir Coupling

Before ordering a CompAir coupling elastomer or complete coupling assembly, collect all available information from the machine and the existing component.

Please provide:

  • The complete CompAir OEM part number
  • The full compressor model designation
  • The compressor serial number
  • The engine or electric motor model
  • All markings visible on the existing coupling
  • The external diameter and overall width
  • The internal dimensions and mounting details
  • The number and arrangement of teeth, lobes, holes or inserts
  • Clear photographs of both sides of the coupling element
  • A photograph of the complete installed coupling assembly

The OEM part number should be used as the primary identification reference. Measurements and photographs provide additional confirmation but should not replace the original part number when it is available.

Why the CompAir OEM Part Number Matters

CompAir compressor models may be available in several versions and may have been manufactured with different engines or drive arrangements. Selecting a replacement only by machine model or visual appearance can therefore result in an incompatible component.

Part numbers such as 100007517, 100007776, 100013784, ZS1061211, A13315874 and 100011043 identify different CompAir coupling products and should not be treated as interchangeable.

The correct OEM number connects the replacement component with the intended equipment configuration, dimensions and operating characteristics.

Signs of a Worn CompAir Coupling Element

A flexible coupling element should be inspected when the compressor develops unusual vibration, increased drivetrain noise, irregular movement or visible clearance within the coupling assembly.

During inspection, look for:

  • Cracks or splits in the elastomer
  • Missing or damaged teeth and lobes
  • Permanent deformation
  • Hardening or deterioration of the material
  • Excessive clearance within the coupling
  • Damage to the matching hubs or inserts
  • Signs of contamination or overheating
  • Evidence of drivetrain misalignment

The underlying cause of premature coupling wear should be checked before fitting a new element. Repeated damage may indicate worn hubs, incorrect alignment, excessive vibration or another drivetrain problem.
