CENTAMAX SCE Coupling Elements – Threaded Fitment for Large and Heavy-Duty Sizes

The CENTAMAX SCE type is a specialized fitment design for large and heavy-duty CENTAMAX elements. Unlike the SC version, the SCE elements are manufactured with threaded holes, allowing the bolts to screw directly into the elastic element.

In many medium-to-large sizes, such as CENTAMAX 8000 SCE, the element combines both plain holes and threaded holes, securing the coupling firmly to the hub. For the largest sizes, including CENTAMAX 18000 SCE, space limitations mean that all holes are threaded, providing maximum strength within the available geometry.

This design enables a reliable and compact fitment solution for very large couplings, ensuring precise torque transfer and stability in demanding driveline applications. The SCE type is widely used in large generator sets, marine propulsion drives, and industrial power units where engineered mounting solutions are critical for performance and longevity.
