CENTAMAX 12000 Coupling | CENTA CM-12000-SCE Elastic Element – OEM Threaded Coupling for Large Engines
The CENTAMAX 12000 NR Type SCE is a torsionally soft elastic coupling element engineered for very large diesel and gas engines in marine propulsion, power generation, locomotives, and heavy industrial drives. Built from natural rubber (NR), it provides outstanding vibration damping, torque capacity, and misalignment compensation in heavy-duty systems where reliability is critical.
Unlike the SC version, the SCE type features all threaded mounting holes in the element, allowing bolts to be secured from the hub side into the elastic element. This fitment method is specified in many OEM installations for CAT, MAN, and Deutz engines.
